Terms
These terms are written for the TradeVulcan platform as it exists today, including connectors, messaging rails, publishing tools, app deployments, and workspace administration.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TradeVulcan, including our website, dashboard, marketplace, apps, deployments, connectors, messaging rails, publishing surfaces, APIs, support tools, and related services.
If you use TradeVulcan on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
TradeVulcan is a software platform for home service businesses. Apps may include subscription features, one-time purchases, admin-granted access, connector-based workflows, publishing tools, media moderation, and messaging capabilities.
TradeVulcan is not officially affiliated with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or other third-party platforms referenced for factual compatibility.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and restricting access to authorized users. You may not share credentials in a manner that bypasses your purchased or assigned access.
Workspace administrators are responsible for user roles, connector permissions, publishing decisions, and messaging settings within their organization.
TradeVulcan may offer subscription plans, recurring add-ons, one-time app purchases, usage-based charges, and admin-managed entitlements. Charges, renewal terms, included features, and upgrade behavior are shown at checkout, in your billing settings, or in a signed order form.
Unless otherwise stated, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize TradeVulcan and its billing providers to charge the payment method associated with your account for applicable fees, taxes, overages, and approved upgrades.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and rights status of the content and data you connect to or process through TradeVulcan, including CRM records, customer contact information, job media, publishing copy, and workflow settings.
You are responsible for obtaining any required consent, authorization, and rights to send text messages, emails, or other communications, to publish media, and to connect external systems. TradeVulcan does not provide legal advice, and platform controls do not replace your compliance obligations.
TradeVulcan may connect to third-party systems and may rely on third-party providers for authentication, payments, messaging, email delivery, AI generation, storage, maps, analytics, media processing, or publishing destinations.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to the provider's own terms, policies, rate limits, approval requirements, or API restrictions. TradeVulcan is not responsible for failures or changes caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
If you use SMS, MMS, email, or future voice-capable features through TradeVulcan, you agree to use them lawfully and only with appropriate consent and authorization. You must honor opt-out requests, maintain accurate sender information, and comply with applicable laws, carrier policies, and platform rules.
TradeVulcan may block, suspend, or limit messaging features if we detect abuse, high complaint rates, invalid sender setup, failed compliance checks, suspicious activity, or provider enforcement.
TradeVulcan may provide AI-assisted drafting, rewriting, classification, summarization, or recommendation features. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case and should be reviewed before sending or publishing.
You remain responsible for final content, decisions, and actions taken using AI-assisted outputs.
You may not use TradeVulcan to violate law, infringe rights, upload harmful or malicious content, evade platform safeguards, send unlawful spam, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform except to the extent prohibited by law.
You may not use the service to store or transmit content that you know is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, exploitative, or designed to mislead consumers.
Some features may be marked beta, preview, coming soon, or otherwise pre-release. Those features may change, break, be delayed, or be removed without notice, and they may be subject to additional restrictions or lower service guarantees.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or abuse risk, failed to pay fees when due, or caused material provider or compliance issues.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations, including payment obligations, usage restrictions, liability limitations, and provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive termination.
TradeVulcan and its related software, workflows, product designs, documentation, and branding remain the property of TradeVulcan or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the platform, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, display, transform, and store that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
TradeVulcan is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except to the extent expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any app, connector, SEO result, publishing outcome, or AI-generated output will achieve a particular commercial result.
Any business-growth examples, messaging suggestions, workflow templates, local-proof content, or publishing recommendations are informational only and are not promises of performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVulcan and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of TradeVulcan for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid or payable by you to TradeVulcan for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeVulcan and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your connected systems, your messaging or publishing activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we may provide notice by posting an updated version, updating the effective date, or using another reasonable method.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the TradeVulcan contracting entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over that entity, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
