Vulcan Intelligence

Set up Work Mode and complete your first task

Check workspace access, choose a record, make a read-only request, then review one small change and its saved result.

Before you begin

Sign in to TradeVulcan and select the workspace you intend to use. You need Vulcan Intelligence access and Work Mode enabled for that workspace. App-specific actions also need the corresponding app and your normal team permissions. Managing personal connections can require settings permission.

You do not need to connect an external service for a supported native task such as finding a Site Spark form draft. For Windsor reporting, confirm Lead Forge access as well as the Windsor connection. Do not change billing or create another workspace just to work around an access message.

1. Open the relevant work

  1. Open Vulcan Intelligence in the active workspace and use the Work interface for an action-oriented request.
  2. For a specific deployment, open its app page first or state its exact name. Read the workspace, deployment and record names before continuing.
  3. Ask for a read before making a change. If several records match, select the correct one rather than accepting a guessed target.

2. Ask for a small, verifiable read

TRY THIS PROMPT

In Site Spark, find the unpublished Generator Estimate form. Show me its current submit button text and which version you are reading. Do not edit or publish anything.

Replace the example name with a real form in your workspace. No matching result may mean the form has a different name, is archived, or is outside your access. It is not a reason to create a duplicate. Ask for the permitted form list or open the intended form page.

3. Prepare one change

TRY THIS PROMPT

For that selected unpublished version, change only the submit label to Request my estimate. Leave every other field, consent message and routing setting unchanged. Show the exact change for approval.

The proposal should identify the selected target, Before and After values, relevant warnings and an approval control. If Work first needs to create an editable version of a live form, that is a separate draft-creation step. Neither preparing nor creating a draft publishes it.

4. Review, approve and verify

  1. Check the affected resource and scope. Cancel a proposal with the wrong target or additional changes.
  2. Use Approve exact action only when the displayed change matches your intention. Do not assume a general “looks good” approves every pending operation.
  3. Wait for the result, then use Open affected page or the returned form link. Confirm the draft text changed and the public form was not published.
  4. Use Refresh saved status after an interruption. That reads the receipt instead of repeating the action.

When the first task stops

An access error requires the workspace owner or administrator. A changed-version message requires a fresh read and preview. A missing connection requires its secure setup flow. An unconfirmed outcome requires checking the saved operation or provider before issuing a replacement request.

Save the task or operation reference when asking support for help. Include the app, intended record and visible error, but not credentials, session cookies or unnecessary customer details.
