Keep evidence and publication separate
Proof content should begin with approved customer and project facts. Work can help organize a supplied brief, improve wording, create a document or develop a content checklist. The documented Work action catalog does not provide dedicated Proof Pulse approval, feed publication or review-request controls.
Use the Proof Pulse workspace to inspect its actual queue and publish through its supported workflow. A plugin logo or a mention of an integration is not a substitute for a verified publishing capability.
Prepare a responsible proof draft
- Select the approved source material and decide what may be made public.
- Remove unnecessary customer identifiers, private addresses and confidential project details from the writing brief.
- Tell Work whether you want a project summary, caption, FAQ or internal checklist.
- Review the output against the source, then transfer approved content through the owning app.
An example request
Draft a short project highlight from these owner-approved facts. Use only the supplied service, location and outcome. Do not invent a review, star rating, customer quotation or savings figure. Leave the result as text for our Proof Pulse review.
A generated illustration must not be described as a photograph of a real completed installation. Likewise, rephrasing a customer comment does not make it an exact quotation. Keep source notes so the reviewer can check the claims and permission.
Use Work for a publishing checklist
Ask for checks that fit the content: accurate service/location wording, approved media, correct destination, usable alt text, working links and any customer permission needed. This checklist helps the reviewer but does not certify legal compliance or replace Proof Pulse’s own approval state.
If you need actual queue counts or publishing status and Work does not expose that read, open the app. Do not treat an old screenshot or a generated draft as evidence of the current feed.
Connect the proof to a wider workflow
You can use Work to write supporting website copy or a report from verified material. Site Spark, Web Spark and customer websites each have their own integration and publication boundaries. A Proof Pulse draft does not automatically install a widget on a website or send a review request.
Finish by checking the public result in the owning application and recording the real link only after it exists.
