Connect TradeVulcan to Zapier

Create API credentials

In TradeVulcan, open Dashboard, Settings, API Access. Create an API client named Zapier and choose only the scopes the Zap needs.

• Use leads:read for Zaps that read TradeVulcan leads.
• Use leads:write for Zaps that create TradeVulcan leads.
• Use contacts:read or contacts:write only when contact workflows need them.
• Store the client secret immediately. It is shown once.

Connect in Zapier

When Zapier asks for TradeVulcan credentials, paste the Client ID and Client Secret from API Access. Use the correct workspace for the company you are automating.

Security note

Do not send production credentials over email, Slack, chat, or screenshots. Rotate the secret if it was shared in the wrong place.
