Troubleshoot TradeVulcan Zaps
Fix common Zapier issues like missing sample data, expired auth, duplicate records, missing fields, task limits, and webhook delays.
Zap cannot find sample data
Create or update a fresh sample in the correct TradeVulcan workspace, then refresh the trigger sample in Zapier.
Authentication expired
Reconnect TradeVulcan in Zapier. If the secret was lost or exposed, rotate it in TradeVulcan API Access and update Zapier with the new credentials.
Duplicate records
Add a lookup step before creating a record, use TradeVulcan IDs where available, and filter out test leads or duplicate source systems.
Zap runs but nothing appears
Check the destination app account, workspace, board, spreadsheet, channel, or pipeline selected in the action step. Also review Zapier task history for field validation errors.
Task limits and delays
High-volume workflows can consume Zapier tasks quickly. Use filters, paths, delays, and batching patterns so only meaningful contractor events run actions.
