Read the order before approving it
Web Spark has distinct charges for building, ongoing hosting, domain operations and optional assistance. Open Billing for the specific website and read the current quote. Your accepted order and active plan determine your entitlement; a public guide is not a replacement for that saved contract.
A general platform trial is not a promise of a free Web Spark build. Multiple website projects can have separate orders, subscriptions and usage. Confirm the project name before authorizing payment.
Build packages and page generations
The public package names are Launch, Growth and Scale. Each supplies a defined page-generation allowance and initial creative-asset capacity. Generation capacity is not a promise of that many distinct published pages, unlimited rewrites, human-authored copy or guaranteed rankings.
Before a large operation, review the estimated scope, available allowance and approval. Different kinds of work can use different ledgers or AI service credit. Inspect the usage summary rather than treating page generations, assets and money-denominated AI credit as interchangeable.
Additional pages and upgrades
Use the available capacity comparison to see whether an upgrade or additional page generations better covers the work. The quote accounts for the applicable saved package and eligible paid credit. Do not subtract prices manually and assume that figure is the amount due.
If a task failed or remained unresolved, inspect its reservation and outcome before purchasing again. A saved artifact, a completed task and a settled charge are separate pieces of evidence.
Hosting and monthly AI service credit
Hosting is recurring and separate from the one-time build. Plans define their included monthly AI-service credit and operational allowances. Credit is not a cash balance you can withdraw and is not a promise of unlimited image or page generation.
Review plan changes, proration, the effective date of a downgrade and any cancellation notice in Billing. Limits or source-app entitlements can affect the work even when one part of the account remains active.
Domains are separate purchases
Existing-domain connection has no connection fee in the standard flow. Registration and renewal require their own exact quotes and approvals. A paid order is not proof the registrar completed the operation. Do not create a duplicate order to resolve an unknown registrar result.
Expert Assist: human help with a defined scope
Expert Assist is an optional paid service available when fulfillment is enabled and staffed. Read the quote for the assigned scope, priority-page count, included revision rounds and exclusions. The standard catalog describes 20 priority pages and two revision rounds; the accepted quote is authoritative.
Do not assume every page in the largest build package is individually produced by a human expert, or that hosting and other tools are included. Extra scope and revisions can require a separate agreement. A staff assignment does not replace the customer’s publishing and billing approvals.
If checkout looks incomplete
Return to the same website’s Billing view and inspect the saved order. Pending authentication, an asynchronous payment or an unresolved provider response may need follow-up. Keep the order reference and contact support; do not send card details or pay twice because the first tab did not update.
